After trying several samples and comparing them side-by-side I have deiced to make my elliptical design progressive. By that I mean, unlike my other designs, I will use variables to change the size and thus nature of the main elements throughout the image as shown above. I believe this the best way to show the relation between the ellipses and the spaces between them. While other designs I have tried a different aprouch at illustrating the relationship between different elements and the spaces between them. You can see some of the other things I have tried throughout the other pictures.
